There were signs of wrapping at the fourth power in Iraq ,this power is the concessionaire Tunisia and Egypt Revolution ... the Iraqi media and communications Commission imposes taxes retroactively to all over the Iraqi media ... the Iraqi government take over the notorious press law ... the announcement of the beginning of internatio...nal communications gate is being very near which it becomes able to intelligence and security agencies to track Internet communications and other communications and block or filter and arrest of their owners ... And we did not have a clear, explicit and strong support ,but we need to Stand against these attempts which will establish the hybrid dictatorship that consist of mixture of religion , money, corruption, employment and etc......
